super chic stay!
chic hotel friendly staff
i had a fantastic weekend stay! i discovered standout furniture and fittings, including in the rooms. the staff went out of their way to be of service, very courteous and friendly (i really appreciated that!). the location is super convenient, close to shops, pubs, restaurants, and places of entertainment.
The ceiling looked unfinished. The customer should be informed. i spoke to the receptionist about it and was told all the rooms are like that, there is an issue with the building. that means i wouldn't have been able to change my room as a result.

my room included nice glassware and a teapot. the decor included thoughtful lighting and a sense of humor. the monsoon shower was also great and very enjoyable, (i loved it!).

the breakfast buffet was a delight with really lovely coffee. i liked the cake ferris wheel and fun designs. you can expect many choices that accommodate everyone's tastes and preferences.

the heated towel racks were a nice touch, i really enjoyed it. the hotel design is really well done but still comfortable. everything in the room felt special and very well thought-through, a really special detail.

faulty air conditioning watery coffee
The staff was friendly and helpful, answering my questions.
I was disappointed with the air conditioning. I could NOT turn it off completely. The room remained too warm even with the fan off, and the windows didn't open. The coffee capsules provided also made very watery coffee.

special staff fruit variety coffee options
The staff made my hen do extra special I got chocolates in my room with a nice note. They also provided a semi-private area for my group to have drinks. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety including fresh fruit and pastries. I also appreciated the tea and coffee options including espresso and latte.
The location requires a ten minute walk to the nearest tube station.
